Design & Prep.
- Use designer specs and preliminary construction drawings to provide shop drawings.
- Attend site meetings and inspections to ensure proper fit with the use of site measuring.
- Design matching to existing elements - including stain/paint matching and existing millwork profiles.
- Provide material samples before starting fabrication.
Fabrication.
- Using approved shop drawings, your project begins to be manufactured in our shop.
- Specialty materials are ordered and shipped to our facility.
- Complex builds are dry-tested in shop to ensure smooth installation.
Finishing.
- Approved project-specific finishes are ordered, including high quality coatings, paints, and stains.
- Elements are properly prepared and inspected before entering the spray booth.
- From lacquers to latex, our well experienced spray finishers begin their process, ensuring the best finish possible for your project.
Installation.
- Installation dates are discussed with project managers and rely heavily on the status of other trades on site.
- Products and other installation materials are delivered to site with one of our highly skilled install teams right behind.
- Our installers ensure tight fittings to all architectural elements and properly leveled elements.
- Upon completion of install, or at the end of one installation date, your job site remains clean and tidy and free of any millwork related mess.
